What is a Cuddlepillar?
A Cuddlepillar is a large plush caterpillar toy. These giant worms are the ideal toy for both pets and children to cuddle and play with. They come in only one size - jumbo!

Are Cuddlepillars only for greyhounds?
So, you’ve probably seen a lot of greyhounds around here. You might have the impression that our Cuddlepillars are only toys for greyhounds.
Not true!
Plenty of other breeds have taken to these giant plush caterpillar toys! Check out our Instagram feed for a glimpse. Our customers have ranged from labradors to boxers to cavoodles! We even saw a cat one time! On another note, Cuddlepillars were originally designed for children as sensory toys, so if you have dry-noses in your household, they’ll probably love them too!
Are your Cuddlepillars safe for play?
We’re glad you asked!
Did you know, we were the first Cuddlepillar supplier to make our plushies with embroidered eyes? Previously, Cuddlepillars only ever came out with beaded eyes.
If you have a hound that tends to chew on their toys, beaded eyes can become quite the choking hazard.
From the get go, we knew we wanted to design the first Cuddlepillar that was specifically intended for dogs to play safely.
How do I wash my Cuddlepillar?
Has your pooch left their Cuddlepillar looking a little manky?
Yep, that happens and the time may have come for you to wash your dog’s long friend. We recommend a cold hand wash and air dry :)
We have seen customers use the washing machine on cold as well, but there is a risk the Cuddlepillar may lose its shape (due to being made out of polyester) if you go down that route!
Why do dogs love Cuddlepillars so much?
Cuddlepillars burst into the greyhound community in 2017 with their long bods and bright primary colours that give us life!
Made popular by sweet snoots Luna + Salty on Instagram, we fell in love with the way our hounds would cuddle up to these giant plush toys - even the most playful and energetic of dogs!

Somehow, they just know. Perfect for any day, wrestling, sharing with a fur-sibling, and Cuddlepillars also double as a snuggle-buddy for lounging, or post-zoomie naps.

I just made an order but want to add/change something.
If you have made an order, but realise you need to switch something out or add onto your order, please send us an email with your order number and what needs to be changed.
If your order hasn’t already been shipped, we’ll happily make the changes.
Do you offer a buy now, pay later service?
We’re working on it! We’re looking at both Zip Pay and Afterpay services - stay tuned for updates.
In the meantime, PayPal now offers the super handy “Pay in 4” instalment option.
How do I claim the free tote bag promotion?
To claim the free tote bag, please purchase at least two items from our store, then add the tote bag to your cart to apply the free gift to your order.
If you don’t add the tote bag to your order, we won’t add the free gift automatically to your parcel
(since not everyone is interested in the offer!).
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship overseas?
We sure do!
Some countries might charge import duties or taxes – these are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Who will my order be shipped with?
We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier. (No pigeons here!)
How long will my order take to be shipped out?
Typically we will ship your order within 1-3 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Our Australian customers can enjoy FREE shipping on their order!
There is a flat rate for our international friends.
To folks across the ditch in New Zealand, shipping is $9.95 AUD. For the rest of the world, shipping is $25AUD.
My tracking says my Item has been delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do?
If your order has been marked as delivered, or there has been an attempted delivery, but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local post office.
If you are an international customer, once it reaches your country it will go into the local postal service.

Where are your products made?
Our Cuddlepillars are designed in Melbourne and we have partnered with some local artists on our other products, which is exciting!
However, they are produced by a manufacturer in China. We regularly conduct factory inspections through an independent party to ensure their standards pass our stringent quality requirements and that our products exceed the requirements to be sold in Australia.
We have reached out to many companies in Australia to get products made here, but unfortunately they have said they just order from China as well. If a competitive toy manufacturer makes its way to Australian shores, then we will certainly be in touch with them, it just doesn't seem to exist at the moment which is a shame!

Where do you donate a portion of your profits to?
We donate a portion of our profits (and sometimes products) to various rescue groups around the world, and we are so proud that we can make a very small difference to these charities who work tirelessly to ensure the safety of these beautiful animals!

Why are you so vocal about your anti-racing stance?
Great question! We are long-time foster carers for greyhounds fresh out of the industry and have seen the damage that is caused both physically and psychologically.
While the process of seeing our foster pups’ personality blossom is incredibly rewarding, it is also painful when you know deep down this is the life they should have had from the beginning.
It breaks our hearts to know that so many greyhounds will never get to experience being a pet in a loving home because they are subjected to the cruelty that is the racing industry.
That’s why we will do everything we can to help rescues around the world do what they do best - save the greyhounds ❤
