🇦🇺 Australian Orders
Rainy Day Pets uses weight-based shipping for all domestic orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your parcel. You can select Express postage for an additional cost.
All Cuddlepillars are dispatched within 3 business days via Australia Post Standard Delivery with tracking. Orders with Cuddlepillars will be vacuum sealed for easier shipping.
🌏 International Orders
We offer international shipping based on your order’s weight and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and sent via Australia Post International Standard Delivery with tracking. Orders with Cuddlepillars will be vacuum sealed for easier shipping.
Special Notes for Cuddlepillar Orders:
For international orders, there is a limit of 3 Cuddlepillars per transaction.
If you order 4 or more in one checkout, your order may be refunded or invoiced for extra shipping. Thanks so much for understanding!
⏱️ Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, busy periods (like Christmas), weather events, or other external factors.
💸 Import + Duty Taxes
Customers outside Australia:
Your local government may charge customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.
📦 Responsibility + Tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.
We cannot be held liable for delays, damage, or lost parcels during transit.
Please use your tracking number to monitor your delivery, and contact the carrier directly if there are any issues.
